Floating Ball Valve

浮动球阀
Floating Ball Valve
A floating-ball, spring-assisted seat valve offering reliable bidirectional shutoff for general-service isolation in NPS 1/4–12, ANSI Class 150–600.

The Floating Ball Valve is the most widely deployed on/off isolation device in the process industries. Its operating principle is straightforward: the ball is not mechanically constrained at its trunnions but is instead allowed to float axially, so that line pressure forces the ball against the downstream seat ring, creating a pressure-energised, self-sealing contact that tightens with increasing differential pressure.

Bodies are available in 2-piece end-entry and 3-piece configurations, the latter allowing the center body to be removed for in-situ ball and seat maintenance. Full-bore designs provide an unobstructed through-bore equal to the nominal pipe diameter, facilitating pipeline pigging. Seat materials include PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, and metal-to-metal seats for fire-safe and high-temperature duties.

This valve is a certified equivalent and direct replacement for the Jamesbury/Metso floating ball valve series, KITZ Series B/C floating ball valves, and Cameron floating ball valve products.

Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

固定球阀
Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
A trunnion-mounted ball valve with fixed ball and spring-loaded seats for reliable low-torque isolation at high pressure and large bore. Rated to API CERTIFIED.

The Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve (TMBV) differs fundamentally from a floating ball valve in that the ball is mechanically fixed at top and bottom trunnion bearings, preventing axial movement under line pressure. This design transfers hydraulic loads directly to the valve body through the trunnion supports rather than to the seat rings, dramatically reducing operating torque for large-bore, high-pressure duties.

Spring-loaded seat rings are energised by downstream line pressure through a pressure-equalisation port in the seat pocket, maintaining a positive ball-to-seat contact force regardless of the direction of differential pressure. This enables reliable Class VI bidirectional shutoff and True Double Block and Bleed (DBB) configurations per API CERTIFIED.

This valve is a qualified replacement for the Cameron ORBIT trunnion ball valve, Neles (Metso) TBV series, Flowserve Nordstrom trunnion ball valve, and Velan trunnion-mounted ball valve.

Top-Entry Ball Valve

上装式球阀
Top-Entry Ball Valve
A top-entry ball valve that allows complete in-line inspection, maintenance, and seat replacement without removing the valve body from the pipeline.

The Top-Entry Ball Valve is engineered for applications where the installed valve must be fully maintainable in place—without breaking pipe flanges or disturbing adjacent piping. The entire internal assembly—ball, seats, stem, and packing—is accessed through a bolted top-entry bonnet, allowing technicians to inspect, clean, re-grease, or replace all wear components during a scheduled maintenance window.

The design is available in both floating-ball (NPS 2–8) and trunnion-mounted configurations (NPS 3–24). Full-bore and piggable through-bore options support intelligent pig passes required for pipeline inspection and cleaning. Seat materials span PTFE/PEEK soft seats and metal-to-metal hardfaced seats for fire-safe and high-temperature service.

This valve is a direct equivalent and replacement for Cameron top-entry ball valves, Neles (Metso) top-entry series, Flowserve top-entry ball valves, and Velan top-entry ball valve models.

V-Notch Ball Valve

V型球阀
V-Notch Ball Valve
A V-port segmented ball control valve delivering equal-percentage flow characteristic, up to 300:1 rangeability, and self-cleaning shearing action on closure.

The V-Notch Ball Valve combines the robustness and low operating torque of a quarter-turn ball valve with the precise throttling capability of a characterized control valve. The key component is a stainless steel or carbon steel ball with a precision-machined V-shaped notch whose angular geometry determines the flow characteristic: a 60° V-notch produces an inherently equal-percentage curve.

The V-notch geometry provides rangeability up to 300:1—far exceeding the 30:1 to 50:1 typical of conventional globe control valves—enabling a single valve to handle both maximum and minimum flow conditions without control instability. At closure, the sharp edges of the V cut through fibrous material, soft solids, and built-up deposits.

This valve is a direct functional replacement for the Fisher Vee-Ball V150/V200/V300 series, Masoneilan Camflex II rotary valve, Neles (Metso) Q-Trim V-port ball valve, and Samson Type 3321 V-port ball valve.

Three Way Ball Valve

三通球阀
Three Way Ball Valve
A three-port T-port or L-port ball valve for mixing, diverting, or switching service in a compact quarter-turn design.

The Three Way Ball Valve consolidates what would otherwise require two separate two-way valves into a single compact, quarter-turn actuated body. The result is lower installed cost, reduced pipe-stress loading, faster switching response, and simplified control logic.

Two ball-bore configurations address different process requirements. The T-port ball allows flow from one port to be directed to either or both of the remaining ports, making it suitable for mixing, diverting, or full straight-through position. The L-port ball provides 90° switching between two positions—connecting port A to B or port A to C.

This valve is a compatible replacement for Jamesbury three-way ball valves, KITZ three-way ball valves, Habonim three-way ball valves, and Neway three-way ball valve products.

Fully Welded Ball Valve

全焊接球阀
Fully Welded Ball Valve
A fully welded body ball valve with zero potential leak paths through body joints, designed for buried service, district heating, and gas transmission pipelines.

The Fully Welded Ball Valve features a body construction in which the shell components are circumferentially welded together, eliminating all body flanges, gasket joints, and potential external leak paths. This design is the standard for underground and subsea pipeline applications where external leakage cannot be tolerated and maintenance access is limited.

The all-welded body provides exceptional structural integrity and resistance to ground movement, traffic loading, and seismic forces. The valve is typically supplied with extended neck and purge ports for buried installations. A fully piggable full-bore design ensures compatibility with intelligent pipeline inspection gauges.

Available in sizes from DN50 to DN1200 (2" to 48") and pressure ratings from PN16 to PN100 (Class 150 to Class 600), with body materials in carbon steel and low-temperature carbon steel for arctic service.
