Precision-engineered globe control valves for accurate throttling of liquids, gases, and steam. From standard service to severe applications, our control valves deliver reliable performance.
The Single Seat Control Valve is a top-guided, single-port globe-style valve engineered for accurate, responsive throttling across a broad spectrum of process applications. Its unbalanced plug design provides inherently tight shutoff—achieving IEC 60534 leakage Class IV through Class VI with appropriate soft or metal seating.
The valve body is available in a full range of pressure classes from ANSI 150 to 2500 (PN20 to PN420) and nominal sizes NPS 1 through 12 (DN25–DN300). Body materials span carbon steel (WCB), chrome-moly alloy (WC6, WC9), austenitic stainless steel (CF8M), and duplex/super-duplex grades for corrosive or sour-gas service per NACE MR0175/MR0103.
This valve is a direct performance-equivalent and interchangeable drop-in replacement for the Fisher ES / Fisher EZ series, Masoneilan 21000 Series, Samson Type 3251/3252, and Azbil CV3000 single-seat globe control valves.

The Cage Guided Control Valve features a cylindrical cage that simultaneously guides the plug, controls flow characteristic, and—in the balanced-plug configuration—equalizes upstream and downstream pressure across the plug face. The result is dramatically reduced stem force, allowing smaller, more economical actuators.
The cage window geometry defines the flow characteristic: parabolic windows yield an equal-percentage response, rectangular windows give linear flow, and multi-stage perforated cages create staged pressure reduction for anti-cavitation or noise abatement service. Because the cage is a field-replaceable cartridge, the same valve body can be converted between service duties.
This cage guided valve is a direct, interchangeable replacement for the Fisher ET / EW / EWT cage-guided series, Masoneilan 35000 Series, Samson Type 3256, and Flowserve Valtek Mark 100 control valves.

The Single Seat Balanced Control Valve combines the simplicity of a single-port body with a pressure-balancing mechanism—typically a seal ring on the plug skirt that communicates upstream pressure to the underside of the plug—to substantially reduce the net hydraulic force on the stem.
Available in NPS 1 through 8 (DN25–DN200) and ANSI Class 150 through 600, the valve accommodates linear or equal-percentage plug characterization. Body materials include carbon steel (WCB/LCC), chrome-moly alloy (WC6), and austenitic stainless steel (CF8M).
This valve is a proven performance replacement for the Fisher ET and EWT balanced-plug variants, Masoneilan 35000 balanced series, Samson Type 3256 with balanced trim, and Flowserve Durco Mark 3 balanced control valves.

The Pilot Cage Guided Control Valve operates on a two-stage principle: a small, accurately positioned pilot valve modulates an intermediate pressure signal that in turn positions the large-bore main valve. This architecture decouples precise positioning accuracy from the high actuator forces needed for large, high-differential-pressure valves.
Valve sizes range from NPS 3 to NPS 24 (DN80–DN600) in ANSI Class 150 through 2500. Multi-stage cage trims reduce the total pressure ratio across each trim stage, preventing cavitation, high-velocity erosion, and noise generation.
This valve is a direct functional equivalent and replacement for the Fisher Hi-Lo Pilot-Operated Valve, Masoneilan 77000 multi-stage series, and Samson pilot-operated Types 2333/2335.

The Three Way Control Valve integrates two ports and one common outlet into a single globe-style body, eliminating the need for two separate control valves and their associated pipe fittings. In mixing service, two inlet streams are blended in a ratio set by the plug position. In diverting service, a single inlet is split between two outlet ports in a complementary ratio.
Available in NPS 1 through 8 (DN25–DN200) in ANSI Class 150 through 600. Body materials are WCB, WC6, and CF8M. The valve uses a top-guided or cage-guided double-ported plug to control both flow paths simultaneously.
This valve is a direct replacement for the Fisher YD/YS three-way cage-guided valve, Masoneilan 80000 Series, Samson Type 3244 three-way, and Azbil CV3000 three-way control valve.
| Size | DN20~DN300 (3/4"~12") |

The Angle Control Valve features a 90-degree body configuration in which flow enters the valve axially and exits radially, performing the function of both a globe control valve and a directional elbow in a single compact component. This geometry produces an inherently self-draining flow path.
The streamlined flow path is particularly advantageous in erosive, flashing, and cavitating services. By orienting the high-velocity jet away from the body wall and into a downstream reducer or diffuser, the angle body localises erosion to replaceable, hardened trim components. Stellite or tungsten carbide facing is standard on plug and seat ring for abrasive slurry service.
This valve is designed as a direct replacement for the Masoneilan 71000 / 72000 / 73000 / 75000 Series angle control valves, Fisher angle-body ET variants, and Flowserve Valtek Mark 100 angle-body models.

The Micro-Flow Control Valve is purpose-engineered for applications demanding precise control of very small fluid quantities where conventional globe valves would be grossly oversized. The valve covers Cv values from 0.0001 to 0.5, filling the gap between fine-metering needle valves and standard-capacity control valves.
The trim is based on a specially characterised plug—machined with micro-flute channels or micro-form geometry—to distribute the total pressure drop across a carefully controlled orifice profile. Rangeability of 200:1 to 500:1 is achievable without special positioner tuning.
This valve is a proven replacement for the Fisher EZ with Micro-Flute or Micro-Form trim, Masoneilan 28000 Series Varipak, and Samson Type 3252 micro-flow control valve.
| Size | DN15~DN50 (1/2"~2") |

The High Pressure Control Valve is designed for the most demanding pressure-reduction duties in the process industries. Operating pressure ratings extend from ANSI Class 900 to Class 2500 (PN160 to PN420), with forged bodies in ASTM A105, A182 F316, and F22 alloy steel ensuring maximum pressure containment integrity.
The multi-stage cage trim distributes the total pressure drop across a series of precisely dimensioned restriction stages, suppressing bubble formation (cavitation) and maintaining local velocities below the erosion threshold. Noise levels are held below 85 dBA at 1 m in accordance with IEC 60534-8.
This valve serves as a direct replacement for the Masoneilan 49000 V-LOG Series, Masoneilan 77000 multi-stage series, Fisher HP Series high-pressure globe valves, and Samson Type 3267 high-pressure control valve.
| Size | DN15~DN400 (1/2"~16") |

The Cryogenic Control Valve is purpose-built for continuous throttling service in liquefied-gas applications. The defining feature is the extended bonnet—creating a thermally isolated distance between the cryogenic process fluid and the packing chamber, maintaining packing temperature above -50°C even when the fluid is at -196°C.
All pressure-retaining parts are constructed from austenitic stainless steel (ASTM A351 CF8M body, A182 F316 trim) or 9% nickel steel, selected for their documented ductile behavior at cryogenic temperatures. No elastomeric components are used in the flow path; seating is achieved through metal-to-metal contact.
This valve is a qualified drop-in replacement for the Fisher EZ-C and Fisher ET-C / EWT-C cryogenic cage-guided series, Samson Type 3251 cryogenic, and Neles/Metso cryogenic globe control valve.
