Specialized valves engineered for aggressive chemical environments. PTFE/PFA lined and special alloy constructions for maximum chemical resistance.
The Plastic-lined Single Seated Control Valve combines the precise throttling capability of a conventional globe valve with comprehensive chemical resistance through a thick PTFE or PFA fluoropolymer lining. All wetted surfaces—including the body interior, seat ring, and plug—are fully encapsulated in inert fluoropolymer material, isolating the process fluid from the metallic pressure boundary.
The valve is designed for chemical processing applications where metal valves would suffer rapid corrosion. The lining thickness (typically 3–5 mm) provides long service life even in the most aggressive media including concentrated acids, chlorine, and corrosive solvents.
Key applications include chemical reactors, acid transfer lines, chlor-alkali plants, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The valve is a suitable replacement for lined valves from Fisher, Samson, and other major manufacturers.

The Fluorine Lined Butterfly Valve features a fully encapsulated disc and body liner construction that isolates all metal parts from the process fluid. The one-piece molded PTFE liner seats against the polished disc edge to provide bubble-tight shutoff in corrosive service.
Available in wafer, lug, and flanged body configurations with sizes from DN50 to DN600 (2" to 24"). The valve offers the quick quarter-turn operation of a butterfly valve with the chemical resistance normally associated with more expensive valve types.
Applications include chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, water treatment with aggressive chemicals, and any service where metal valves would corrode. Suitable for handling acids, bases, solvents, and chlorine compounds.

The Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve provides an economical solution for water, mild chemical, and abrasive services where full fluoropolymer lining is not required. The replaceable rubber liner seats against a stainless steel or ductile iron disc to provide reliable isolation.
Available with various elastomer liners including EPDM for water and mild chemicals, NBR for oils and hydrocarbons, and Viton for higher temperatures and more aggressive media. The replaceable liner design allows field replacement when the liner wears, extending overall valve life.
Typical applications include water treatment plants, HVAC systems, mining slurry handling, and food & beverage processing. The valve offers low torque operation and bubble-tight shutoff at an economical price point.
